Losing my groove

Yes, it has happened...I have lost my jazz-soul (Or how my music teacher Mr. Young calls it my "groove")
Apparently I'm not putting emotion into my solo..which I need to play tomorrow and prefect by next week today.
How, may I ask, does one put emotion into a solo, that I get nervous playing at the very last second? I'm fine playing it infront of my friends or a small group, but infront of a crowd of upwards 400?!

I'm screwed. :tombstone:
